RWC Western Sydney business owners Peter Vines and Ruby Rozental have renewed their partnership with Ray White Commercial, continuing to grow their business.
The Announcement:
Invaluable assets to the RWC network, RWC Western Sydney business owners Peter Vines and Ruby Rozental have renewed their partnership with the group, continuing to grow their business alongside RWC.
Mr Vines and Ms Rozental joined RWC in July 2019, and since then they have helped shape the RWC group.
The duo, partners in life and in business, were awarded RWC’s coveted Director’s Cup at this year’s annual awards, being recognised for their outstanding contributions to the group.
Mr Vines, who was also crowned RWC’s top sales and leasing agent this year, reflected on how much the RWC Western Sydney business has grown over the past five years.
“We started with a team of just three and today we are close to 40,” Mr Vines said.
“We are proud to oversee a motley crew of talented individuals who have helped us build substantial sales, leasing, property management and residential project marketing businesses under the one cohesive roof.
“We are market leaders in sales in the Western Sydney market and currently expanding into the industrial market as well as possessing the unique service offering of our Asian Investment Services division.”
While the past five years have provided many high points for Mr Vines and Ms Rozental, a standout has been the highs and lows of working alongside their team and seeing both the business and each individual within it flourish.
“I reflect on the past five years as a period of immense growth for all of us here at RWC Western Sydney,” Ms Rozental said.
“For those who have come along for the ride, I think they would agree with me that it has been immensely rewarding, both personally and professionally, to be part of an eco-system of individuals who believe they can be better and do better every day.”
While their journey so far has been a resounding success, Mr Vines said this was just the beginning of what they hoped to achieve in the future.
“Our goal for the business is to be the number one commercial agency in Western Sydney,” he said.
“We see huge opportunities across many different markets and are building a very strong foundation from which to grow.”
With their values still strongly aligned with those of RWC, and with the support they received from Ray White Group managing director Dan White and RWC head James Linacre, Mr Vines and Ms Rozental said they looked forward to continuing their journey with RWC.
Ms Rozental praised the support they’d received over the past five years.
“As business leaders, we’ve received wonderful mentorship from Dan White, James Linacre and RWC property management specialist Leteicha Wilson in particular, but also the wider RWC group. It has been essential to our growth,” she said.
“Having RWC by our side as a sounding board and as a framework to support and grow our business, has really been essential to its success.
“We look forward to many more years of improving together!”
Mr Linacre said Mr Vines, Ms Rozental and their team had become a vital part of the RWC ecosystem.
“Peter and Ruby are an integral part of the RWC business,” he said.
“They continue to be trailblazers not only in the day to day operations of RWC Western Sydney, but also in the way they look after and develop their people.
“Not only do they run a fantastic business, but they also provide unparalleled support, advice, and insight for the rest of the RWC network, making them an asset to the group as a whole.”
