Veteran starter Clayton Kershaw underwent surgery to repair the glenohumeral ligaments and capsule of his left shoulder, he announced on Instagram on Friday. The 35-year-old three-time Cy Young Award winner, a free agent this offseason, said he’s hopeful to return to the mound next summer.
