Greg Allan joins Harcourts Solutions Group leadership team

Harcourts Solutions Group has strengthened its leadership team with the strategic appointment of Greg Allan as Director & Business Owner.

Mr Allan joins the existing leadership bench alongside Brendan Whipps, Etienne Labuschagne, Jodie Stainton, and Bridget MacGregor as the group continues its ambitious growth plans.

In his new role, Mr Allan will drive key growth initiatives, focusing on the associate program, auction training, and EBU specialist training.

His extensive experience includes coaching some of the highest performing teams in the country, auction expertise, and a successful tenure as CEO of Harcourts QLD.

The appointment follows significant recent expansions at Harcourts Solutions Group, including the addition of an extra marketing resource, contracts administrator and agent services & data manager.

Brendan Whipps, Managing Director, said he was excited about the new appointment.

“It’s an exciting time in Harcourts Solutions Group’s story. Greg is a well-known, well-respected, and liked figure in the industry, and our team enjoys every interaction they have with him,” Mr Whipps said.

“He fits our culture, and I know he will have a great impact on our people. It also fits perfectly with our theme this year of Connection, Easier & Growth.”

“With Greg’s leadership, we’ll replicate the Hub & Spoke model in strategic markets, adding in another hub this year.”

Etienne Labuschagne highlighted Mr Allan’s expertise and character.

“Greg is a quality real estate trainer and auctioneer and, more importantly, a quality person,” Mr Labuschagne said.

“We’ve enjoyed getting to know him over the past year and are excited to take the business to the next level.”

“Greg’s advancement of our Associate Program will help our sales team to grow and will make their lives easier, focusing on quality data and prospecting.”

Mr Allan said joining the group was a natural decision.

“It was a no brainer to join Harcourts Solutions Group. They’re building something very special, and I knew I had to be part of it,” Mr Allan said.

“Brendan, Etienne, Jodie, and Bridget are some of the industry’s finest leaders and exactly the kind of people I want to be in the trenches with. Their vision and ambition are matched by my own.”

Jodie Stainton emphasised the importance of the appointment in relation to the group’s growth targets.

“Based on our growth plans of expanding to 3,000 rental properties this year, it’s important that we have the right ratio of salespeople to rent roll to protect the growth and further enhance our client support,” Ms Stainton said.

“Greg’s enthusiasm, likeability, and knowledge will be instrumental in our continued business expansion.”

Bridget MacGregor also expressed optimism about the appointment’s impact on Vision Money.

“I’m thrilled that these significant growth plans not only support our overall vision but specifically bolster the opportunity for Vision Money and our brokers,” Ms MacGregor said.

“More salespeople equals more market share, and that’s incredibly exciting for our team.”

Harcourts Solutions Group is implementing several strategic initiatives this year, focusing on revolutionising support systems and elevating the client experience through enhanced administration, streamlined operations, and strengthened communication.
