In a short period of time, Kale Kirk has built a strong reputation for delivering results, and now he is taking the next step in his journey and opening Ray White Pyes Pa.
Mr Kirk’s ambition to grow and to consistently lift performance while also lifting those around him has found great harmony within the Ray White network, whose values are closely aligned.
A local to the area, Kale worked in tourism before making the switch to real estate six years ago.
“I was born and raised in Tauranga and absolutely love it here,” Mr Kirk said.
“I love motorsport and real estate, so being able to drive around all day to beautiful homes is a dream come true!”
Passionate about his community, Mr Kirk is excited to open his own business in the area, after servicing the Pyes Pa region for most of his real estate career.
“Pyes Pa for me is such a fantastic place to live. We have some of the best schools in Tauranga, the best shopping and some of the best homes,” he said.
“The community is very tight knit and the support from other business owners and the community has been fantastic over the years I have worked there.”
Mr Kirk brings with him an expert real estate team including his partner Rachel Jensen who is an administrator, his operations manager Michelle Currey, and four sales agents including Brooklyn Millar, Jindy Singh, Cleighton Ahipene and Tim Walker.
“My goal for the next 12 months is to continue to guide and support our agents to be confident, well-informed market leaders who share their knowledge with the market,” Mr Kirk said.
“We are blessed to have such awesome people in our business, so I’m really excited to see what the next twelve months has to offer.”
Mr Kirk said he was excited to bring the community top notch service with Ray White Pyes Pa.
“I pride myself on understanding everything about property on a deep level, and to be able to simplify it for the community,” he said.
“All of our agents share the same values, and we pride ourselves on being trustworthy and knowledgeable.”
