Selling agent, Antonio Nguyen, from LJ Hooker Cabramatta, said the owner of the property was a natural artist and that’s why he wanted to create something so unique and beautiful.
“The owner has spent over $200,000 building the pond alone, plus all the trees and fish are also very valuable,” Mr Nguyen said.
He said that the property itself was well-known in the area and it had attracted a lot of attention.
“There’s a been a lot of enquiry and last weekend we had many people coming through to look,” he said.
Mr Nguyen said he’s been marketing the property to both locals and overseas buyers, especially those in Asia and has created videos to highlight just how special the property is.
However, it was a difficult property to put a price tag on.
He said the property was being sold as a residential home, because it had never operated as a business, but there was scope to do a lot of different things with the grounds.
“I think the property is very suited to building a temple and if someone wanted to do that it would be very popular with many of the Asian people in the area,” he said.
The property will go to auction on Saturday April 6 at 12.30pm.
