No Bake Peanut Butter Pie


This easy-peasy No Bake Peanut Butter Pie recipe is so creamy and rich that guests and family will love every bite! I whipped up this amazing pie from scratch in just a few minutes – and stirring in chunks of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups made it an extra special treat. A ready made pie crust speeds up the time to make this dessert recipe, and its handy built-in cover makes it perfect for transporting, too.

This rich and creamy pie is quick and easy to make.

Easy No Bake Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe:

  • 1 ready made graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 8 ounce container (or 3 cups) slightly thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
  • 8 snack sized Reese Peanut Butter cups roughly chopped
  • Topping options – Chocolate syrup and sliced strawberries

Step 1: Using a mixer on medium speed, mix together the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat the filling on medium speed on the mixer until it’s fluffy, scraping down the sides occasionally.

Step 2: Fold in the cool whip until it’s mixed together completely.

3. Stir in chopped Reese Peanut Butter Cups for an extra treat.

Step 4: Spread pie filling into a pre-made graham cracker pie crust.
