Cementing their plan for growth and securing their claim on a large chunk of Sydney’s market share, Richard Matthews is in the process of opening a fourth office in Sydney’s popular Hills District community.
This exciting development coincides with the 13th anniversary of Richard Matthews Real Estate.
Director and auctioneer Richard Baini said the Hills District is already home to many of their valued clients and team members.
“We are excited to bring the Richard Matthews sophisticated brand, drive, energy, professionalism and tenacity to the Hills District real estate market and beautiful local community,” Mr Baini said.

Award-winning sales agent and new co-director of Richard Matthews, Vivek Tailor, said what excites him about the business is its dedication to growing people.
“The internal focus has always been about building a group of strong and successful people, which are rare qualities to find in our industry at a company level,” he said.
“When I joined the team, we were not widely known.”
He said within five years, they’ve had four agents claim national awards, with a brand recognised across Sydney and Australia.

With over 60 years experience between co-directors Richard Baini, Matthew Everingham and Vivek Tailor, the director team will lead the new office to ensure the same level of care, detail-orientated service and vibrant culture.
