Andrew Cox, the former owner of the Melbourne Rebels rugby club, has relisted his 19th-century Italianate mansion, Narellan, in Brighton, with a significant reduction in its asking price.
The property, which failed to sell last year during Melbourne’s intermittent lockdowns, was originally listed for between $18 million and $19 million, according to Mansion Global.
It is now being offered at $13.5 million to $14.3 million.
The residence, located on Moule Avenue, is a short distance from Brighton Beach.
