Sonia Kruger sells Mosman mansion for nearly $20 Million

The five-bedroom Balmoral Slopes residence, featuring a wet-edge infinity pool and breathtaking Sydney Harbour views, was quietly listed with Michael Coombs of Atlas last year before officially hitting the market in November with an $18.5 million price guide.

While originally scheduled for auction on March 8, the sale was finalised privately.

The property ultimately sold to a local family, according to the Mosman Daily, though Mr Coombs declined to confirm the final price.

Ms Kruger and Mr McPherson purchased the home for $6.475 million nine years ago and undertook a multi-million-dollar renovation with Corben Architects.

The extensive redesign added another level to maximise the harbour outlook, and despite delays due to COVID-19, the project won an MBA award in 2022.

Alongside its five bedrooms and four bathrooms, the tri-level home boasts a limestone induction kitchen with premium Miele appliances, self-contained guest accommodation, a gym or media space, a triple garage, a wine cellar, and a porcelain-tiled alfresco area overlooking Balmoral Beach.

Just a short stroll from the beach and Mosman Village, the home combines luxury with convenience.

The couple is reportedly eager to take on another renovation project, having enjoyed the process of transforming their Mosman home.
