View Media Group’s view.resi solution delivered a 27% increase in Open For Inspection attendees


View.resi combines premium presence on view.com.au, an off-portal performance marketing product, Acquire, and data and AI solutions through Propic, including the virtual concierge, Claire.

For Place, the Acquire product is called Place Pulse Digital, and the Claire solution is branded as GaiLE.

The analysis of over 200 property marketing campaigns listed through the Place New Farm office across a 10 month period resulted in a 27% increase in open for inspection attendees when compared to a traditional listing strategy (refer to chart below).
